Heads of the Valleys - 40mph speed limit??

Is the 40mph speed limit going to be a permanent thing on that road? I drove it on Weds this week and it was 40mph for miles and miles (even when there weren't any road works). So frustrating.

Yes until the dualling is completed which is allegedly going to be 2025!

Oh my god! Its back to the M4 then, even though that's terrible too at times.

Becomes a bit of a race track when the limit lifts up at the top near Ebbw and the lanes widen!

It's a good road - when you can do more than 40mph! I did it in it's entirety last week on a business trip and it's alot more interesting than the M4/M5
