Bit if an off topic subject, however does anyone use contract/form automation in their business?

I work in recruitment and we have some quite lengthy forms that need completing which are currently in PDF. These forms cover all areas such as work history, references, addresses etc. and are currently on a 2 page PDF with multiple sections and when looking into the options it seems pretty confusing i.e. Docusign looks more tailored to single signature contracts.

If anyone uses form automation – how have you found it and what has worked for you?

Docusign has a lot of tools to setup the document how you want. Multiple signatures on the same document are not an issue. Multiple signatories too is also not an issue.

We've started using it and it's totally flexible

we use a combination of jotofrm and docusign

Jotform to create the forms that people fill in and docusign to sign them off.

Docusign is very very fleixble when it comes to multiple signatories etc, but not particularly good at getting information filled in.

Joftorm is not very good at getting multiple signatories, but very good at creating forms to be filled in.
