TV Doctor Christian Jessen of ‘embarrassing bodies’ has his begging bowl out and is asking his fans to pay his £125,000 damages plus legal bills following him losing a libel court case.
He libelled DUP leader Arlene Foster on Twitter by falsely claiming she was having an affair, an allegation that was completely untrue.
Her lawyers contacted him on Twitter to ask him to remove the Tweet, and if he did not, the would begin legal action against him. Dr Jessen simply replied to them by saying ‘LOL’ and left the libellous Tweet on his Twitter account.
They then sent him a letter, which he also ignored.
He says he felt that legal action against him would not proceed because he believed the courts had ‘stopped dealing with any such cases due to the pandemic’.
He owes Arlene Foster damages of £125,000 plus her legal fees.
He says that being made to pay this is ‘unfair’ and wants others to pay it for him.

it is such a random thing to tweet. I mean who really cares? I think it’s odd to care enough about some one else’s sex life to want to tweet about it.
Fully deserved to lose, and makes him seem like a very odd person indeed. Plus I can hardly believe he doesn’t have the money lying around after being a celeb for a while?
Maybe work harder Dr, `I hear there is good money in vaccinating people instead of defaming them.
