What's this wall?

Alright you cocky fkers, any ideas on this one? It's a wall next to a road, presumably near the sea but it's anyone's guess.

Looks like the north east to me, probably Byker or Wallsend

Assuming that the black shadow in the right of the photo is a drainage hole, the ones at Blue Anchor Bay are too small (unless they were specially enlarged just for the Autumn 1927 Drainage Festival), and the photo's wall looks like blocks whereas the BAB wall is rendered in the middle with a border round the outside. Nice virtual drive on Street View though.
