I’m noticing a lot of people are “ customising “ the brake callipers on their cars . To be honest I’ve changed my e89 zed4 ones to a blue that takes in the light blue of the bmw roundel.
Has anyone else taken a change to theirs?

I'm thinking of changing mine from the Rat Rod rusty look to a plain old silver. I'm in the process of doing discs and pads and refurb on the wheels so everything else in that area will be nice and shiny.

Coloured calipers can look nice on some cars, but they do have to be kept clean otherwise they look terrible. Nicer in more subtle colours as well.

I’m pretty dull and repaint mine silver. This times round though, I painted the pad spring black. Looks pretty smart in my opinion.

Colourful callipers work when you have chunky callipers like on my old M140i. It works less well with dinky little callipers.

Agreed those on my E89 aren’t too shy.
