Can anyone help with selling via Ocado please

Got a chum who has been talking to Ocado for his luxury food brand

It’s a bloody complex deal involving discount, marketing contribution, reviews, stock cleanse etc

What do you need to know? Its all simple.

Marketing contribution, will be £xxk per year for advertisements and apace on the website.

Volume rebates - do 10k a year they get a x% discount back in funding.

Stock cleanse - probably to ensure stock is clear bu sell by date to prevent waste (they have a ridiculously low waste target)

Reviews - probably some free of charge products to go to customers like Amazon do with Vine, and your reviews will have to meet 4 stars to stay on the site.

Just looking for ball parks as they have not given any indication. I’m favouring going with Amazon Fresh instead which would help with exports as well.

It varies by supplier theres no average or typical value unfortunately. Im not surprised their stock cleanse is weekly, their waste target is 0.04%! Their waste looks low if the aipplier has taken the brunt!
