Vanquish Audio System Issues

I am experiencing the following issues and wondering if anyone has some advice for things to check.
1. The tweeter on the passenger side does not extend. Rest of Audio system works fine.
2. When selecting CD changer, the screen continuously says "checking discs". There are CDs in the magazine face-up, but the CD on the screen show grey...they never turn to green. The CD changer does not seem to "pull" the discs from the magazine into the play position as I hear no mechanical sound if I stick my head in the boot.

When my tweeters refused to rise (and no sound from system), it was a break of the optic communication loop caused by failure of the Sirius module. Replacement of the module restored full function to the audio system. Stupid optic loop is like old fashioned series Christmas tree lights; one light burns out and they all go out.

1. For the tweeter, I removed it from the car, bench tested it for audio and the 5v motor and found it to be "stuck". Got it working again, connected it back in the car and all is working great!
2. For the CD Changer, when I took out the changer from the trunk, I noticed another 12 pin din connector behind the unit that was not plugged in to anything. That 12 pin din was supposed to connect to the audio/video interface box mounted above the CD changer. I reattached that cable and viola...CDs are playing!
