Economic watch repairs

I have an 88 Rue de Rhone watch that has stopped working. Assuming it was the battery I have taken it to two independents who both said the watch is no longer working.
I have requested a quote from an online company that services the watch and they quoted £140.
However, I can not remember how much I paid for it and have no of it's worth.
It has no sentimental value so it would be purely economic.
Is it worth replacing?
If it helps it's a Swiss watch and says Saphire on the back.

Quartz movements start around the £10 to £20 mark, but no one will fit it for free.
If you want to know what the movement costs, take the back off and look for the movement number, probably etched on the PCB. Cousins.co.uk are a good place to start once you have the number.
Frankly, if it's a low-ish value quartz of no sentimental value I wouldn't bother getting it repaired. Treat yourself to something new. Or even better, something old!
