Started with SEB about 8 weeks ago, and have noticed the 2 Netflix Smart TVs sometimes 'Cycling' connection (But the buffering and caching of the video stops it having too much drama)

Last couple of days it has got worse and now the Broadband router (Technicolour DGA0122NLK) keeps saying' No internet' - no amount of checking cables and resetting the router/ power cycling helps.

Their help number is now closed (Shell? Closed? Eh?) and my Broadband has worked OK at this property for years so I dont think it needs the cabling looking at by BT - (as SEB suggest - and would be chargeable)

Assuming its the router, how easy is it to set up with a second hand router with the existing broadband without having all the settings 'In the box'?

I WFH so its kind of essential I get this sorted ASAP and would like to rule out the router

They're nice enough to list settings on their support pages:

https://help.shellenergy.co.uk/hc/en-us/articles/3...

but you'll need to call them to get the username and password.
