Accusing a poster of lying or bragging = 7 day ban

Can I have absolute clarity on this - thread topic - if any username accuses another of lying or bragging it is a 7 day ban provided another user reports the incident.

For instance there are custard calls on this thread - what happens if OP doesn’t respond. It might be genuine but reading all the posts on that thread would indicate nearly all are not really taking it as gospel. So if no response / no evidence it’s true what happens is it 7 days off or not?

I'm still banned for little or no reason from the takeaway and/or dinner thread. It must be a year or more now. I did email admins but they didn't bother to respond.

It was a two sided argument betty on both sides, certainly didn't warrant any action.

Snap I emailed the mods / piston heads admin and so far zero response.


Let me guess in your situation you can see the other poster happily posting in that take away thread.

If you break the rules, be that abuse, trolling, stalking etc, then you'll have that post removed. If you do this repeatedly you'll get a short ban as a prompt to reflect on your posting style.

The vast, vast majority on PH manage to post without getting any attention from the mods. If you've managed to get a ban then it is entirely on you, and I suggest you make a change.
