Sorry for this one guys. Used to study programming now can't remember a thing.

Bloody ad ware popping up every second. Found the source I think C:/windows/system32/adcache

I delete the offending files but within 5 seconds they re-appear. Any suggestions?

Download a program called Ad-Aware from www.lavasoftusa.com.

This will get rid of all offending popup and spyware software thats found its way onto your machine.

Matt.

Probably along similar lines, but somehow I am getting e-mails from prno websites, mostly addressed to "Tim", and they sound like real filth (watch teenagers eat shit) that sort of thing. How can I stop this? My kids go on my computer, so for the moment I've password-protected IE, and set the filters to high, but is there a more permanent solution?
