DB9 Service history

My DB9 is just back from the AM dealership having had it's annual service.

The service booklet has not been stamped as the DB9 instruction manual/service history book only goes up to 80,000 miles and each of the available sections has been filled in and stamped by AM main dealers. My car has less than 25,000 miles.

I would like to keep the car for the foreseeable, so I am going to have this issue every year. I wondered what other owners have done? Is there a follow on or supplemental service book available?

Supplement pages can be provided by the dealer. I had this issue as I'm on my 11th service. Think I was charged £12 for the privilege of a new page for further years beyond the 10th service. They should have offered this.

You can get additional pages for the book. Got some for my 09 V8V. Think it’s about £30 or so - expensive, but nice to have in there.

I would not pay on principle.

Now that all your pages have been filled in, the way to obtain a free original page, is to download the Owners Manual.
By using a printer you can then produce some pages, double sided if you wish.
Print on thick paper.
A hole puncher and then job done.

Paying about £1,000 every year for a main dealer service, surely they ought to include one page of paper after 10 years.
Depends upon their definition of the word service, I suppose.

I think they’re available as a spare part. From memory there were 6 or so in my pack.

Other manufacturers do this too - Mercedes for one, had to order one for my C55. Bit of a cheek, I have to say! Ah well...

Did the with my previous 9. Use of a scanner and printer and some editing of the text, resulted in my service history pages continuing on with the correct intervals as if they were factory pages.

I just put all the invoices in the box file.

Just keep the service invoices in a separate file. If you ever sell the car the buyer will look at condition more than anything, then you can back it up with all the service invoices. I too would refuse to pay for additional pages out of principle.

I have some blank PDF copies so message me and I'll send you a copy. Looks ok but not no where near as good as the rip-off version.
