Headlight wiring

Can anyone confirm what the wiring should be for the headlights and how they actually function (which ones come on when).

I have the wiring all correct apart from a blue/white that should be connected to the same lamp as the blue/red and black but there aren't any extra connections for it to go.

When the park lights are on only the small bulb is - correct.
When the dipped lights are on the inside top lights are on and when main beam is on 2 out of the 3 light up. Now someone also testing this today was told that all three lights should be on when on main beam?

Any help appreciated.

Side --- top outer, small bulb
Dip --- Top inner plus the side stays on.
Main -- Top and bottom outer. dip goes off.

Blue/whites are main beam so should go to 2 of the lights per side.
Blue/reds are low beam so are only on 1 light per side.
