American Express Business Gold card

I've had this charge card with Amex for 7 years, for my Ltd co.
Covid has not been good for my business which is now on the brink of insolvency. I have a £40k balance on the card.

I have no idea if they have a Personal Guarantee against me. I've asked them on Live Chat and they said no, but I asked for a signed copy of my credit agreement and they kept sending me a link to a public PDF with their terms , but that is generic and they couldn't understand what I was asking so I gave up on that front.

I don't want to call them as this will spook them at this moment in time, and I'm wondering if they could just say no there isn't a PG to catch me out, then after insolvency BANG!

Does anybody here have an Amex gold with a PG?

I have one but no PG on it.

Unless you have a commercial card you will find the card is actually issued to you personally as the director. You will therefore owe any money accrued. Been in a similar position in the past and had to settle the debt personally.
