Calmac ferry on fire

I've seen a report on Facebook that the Calmac ferry Isle of Lewis is on fire off Mull. Tobermory Lifeboat is on scene and the ferry Loch Tarbert is heading for the scene.

Oh dear. Its not going well for calmac this year.

Sounds like there was a small fire in a car on the vessel; the RNLI brought a few firefighters over on the boat to make sure the fire was out.

Vehicle fires on car ferries arent good. Was involved in quite a bad one many years ago.
