P0139 code CEL

CEL came on so took my 997 gt2 to the dealer, he said it was a faulty o2 sensor and will need to be replaced at a cost of 400 pounds
I agreed at the time but that was almost 2 months ago and still no parts insight. Today I used the torque app and a cheap obd2 reader which got the P0139 error - O2 Sensor Circuit Slow Response (Bank 1, Sensor 2) which makes sense because I had a failed coolant tank that spat out hot coolant everywhere probably getting to the sensor
Anyway turns out I can get a bosch part for 100 quid - I'm really getting fed up being ripped off by dealerships so just want to confirm that this (Bank 1, Sensor 2) is the O2 sensor after the cat
