Son has just bought a used Titliest 2 iron from E Bay. Club was in excellent condition and had an expensive Hazardous shaft fitted, anyway first shot, first tee the head flew off and went further than the ball
. Where does he stand? It arrived yesterday.

Haven’t seen the advert, but it’s in vey good condition, or was. Yes normal E baby stuff, Pay Pal, no issues with postage and packaging. The club shaft snapped at the neck(where it goes into head) on the first hit.Did he pay via PayPal, or was it a local cash on collection sale?

I suspect he's buggered.
By your own admission the club was in excellent condition when it was delivered, and then it has been damaged in use.
EBay moves in mysterious ways when it comes to refunds, so I'm not ruling it out, but I suspect the seller will say it's nothing to do with him.

The fakes are very hard to spot if you're not a pro or know how to spot them. They're made in the same factory in some cases from inferior materials. Heads coming off is a typical issue with themtony wright said:

Also £180 is stupid money, my father built me a set of custom made clubs when I was 18, total cost was under £300 and I played off a 6 handicap with those clubs. Never did understand all that expensive clubs willy waving nonsense, better to have a set that's tailored to you.

It may be silly money, to you, but how many people on here have a father than can tailor make a set of clubs? I know mine wouldn’t have a clue where to start, and he’s the captain of his club.
