My griff temperature is ok i think. But fans cut in quiete often with warm weather. Can i put waterwetter with my cooling fluide. Or does waterwetter only work with water? Deminitarised (could be wrong English hahahaha) water. What they use at races. Does waterwetter works with cooling fluide?
Hi. WW in my car, mixed with coolant, so yes, no probs. The more antifreeze you have in the less well WW performs. But...antifreeze is necessary to help prevent corrosion. For what the stuff costs, worth trying. Dont expect nite and day difference, very subtle. Hope that helps your decision.

Dave.
I had a problem recently with my car clocking up almost to 100 degrees on the temp gauge, I removed the thermostat, tested it and found it was faulty (stuck closed)I have not had chance to buy a new thermostat yet, so i've been running with no thermostat in.
Ok it takes a little longer to warm up but after that the temperature is spot on !!
It stays blob on 80 degrees, sometimes up to 85, the fans cut in every now and then but not for long.
I know i'll have to replace the thermostat before the weather gets cold, but is seems ok now and costs zilch.
would be interesed to hear if anyone else has done this, or had any problems.
