Hi all, we have 3 ecommerce website running Magento 2.0. We have been using the same development company since the beginning but their service is shocking. They've fixed an issue on Friday with categories but managed to completely mess up the checkout in the process which is still not fixed costing us tens of thousands in lost sales. They have no weekend support and even week day they are so slow its dreadful.

Any recommendations?

I’ve got 2 - one did the Fila euro integration and is highly techie however Jammy on here knows Magento.
