I should refresh my memory of the Geneva convention, maybe the comments can be classed as a cyber weapon?

The Press are harmless. It's the BBC you have to watch out for .....

On Lady Di 60th bdaay, Harry and William were to attend the grand unveiling. NO the BBC made big announcements about watching their body behavior.

They are Royalty, not the Bash Street Kids !!
