Outlook - doesn't sync with exchange automatically
Does anyone know any settings in outlook that would mean that it is not "live syncing" with the exchange server. We have a shared mailbox at work and normally changes occur to all users at the same time, but mine is only updating when I hit send/receive.

Which Exchange (5.5, 2000, 2003)? Which Outlook(2000, XP)?
General:
Tools-Options-Mail Setup-Send/Receive
There is a tick box for send immediately when connected and also a button for changing your mail check parameters.
(this is XP with 2003 by the way)
