Florida Apartment block collapse

Unsure if this is covered in another thread.
The rest of it was demolished last night, I wonder how they checked the building for bodies if it was too dangerous to go in.
Im sure the death toll will be much much higher than what is currently reported.

Why would it be much higher? It an apartment block so relatively easy to work out who lived there, and who's missing.

If anything some assumed missing may actually be away. Lots of appartments will be holiday homes.

Safer to bring the rest down, then retrieve the bodies.
