BR 3 way switch

Got my Rapide S back after Mike installed the 3 way BR switch which I have to say is a fantastic little device, subtle installation out of sight.
Valves open cruising at low speed the car sounds awesome with menacing growl.
Dont have to floor it all the time to hear that characteristic exhaust note above 3.5-4k rpm, its just alway there in the backgound if you want it.
Also very usefull having quiet mode start up with valves closed, incredible difference to stock startup, again only if you want it.
Quiet mode also very nice on motorway when you just want to relax and listen to music with clarity at any speed.
Slightly odd flooring it in quiet mode at first as you just hear a very faint V12 rumble without any exhaust noise pentrating, a bit like a Bentley.
All in all, having full manual control of the exhaust valves makes it a much more dynamic feeling car.
Amazed Aston didnt integrate this control as stock as really enhances the car for negligible cost.
Mike also flashed Vanquish S gearbox mappings onto my car. Sport mode in auto now feels quite a bit sportier especially on downshifts when slowing down. Nice tweak for Rapide S owners if you like that kind of thing.
