Anyone got any ideas on this one. I'm about to get my re-trimmed but before I do I was wondering if there are any other better alternatives?

I put chimera seats in mine, and they bolted straight in, offer more support and were less than the quote I got for retrimming !
Would imagine Griff seats fit as well

I know MX5 seats have been mentioned too.

It's one of those things I've got on the list also (for the 280FHC, which in mine, has horrid brushed nylon type seats).

Does anyone know of any aftermarket seats, such as Corbeaus,Cobra, etc, especially if they'll fit without expensive new subframes.

Actual model names/numbers would be useful.

When I looked at replacing mine, the problem I had was the witdh. TVR seats are very narrow and I think only something like the Corbra GTS seat fitted in the width -Hence why I ended up with Chim seats and in leather that nearly matched the dash top

Wrong colour for mine (tragically )

GSX:

I'd be interested to take a look at your seats, at BBWF.

I may try that option - by the way your car looks the business!

I could well have a pair of Chim seats going spare later this year, in grey, if a) theyre the right colour, and b) you can wait a bit

No probs, even the original headrests fit !!

If anyone wants two seats to send away for a rebuild whilst still able to drive the the car then let us know. I may be able to bring them up if required.
