Bought membership passes start of last year, but due to Covid we unfortunately never got to go. Today finally me the wife and kids are going. We have been a few times and love the place, I was just wondering if there was anything easily missed that is of interest. Or some less known facts ect.
Cheers.

What’s an ect?
Applying my vast intellect I deduce the OP meant 'etc', which is short for 'et cetera' which is Latin for 'and other stuff like it'.As for Duxford, just cover as much ground as you can; it's big. See if you can include the tank museum ('Land Warfare Hall') as well.
One place that few people go to is the airborne museum at the far end of the AirSpace hangar. Well worth a look, some interesting artifacts.
Also in Airspace, and missed by almost everyone who visits, is a piece of the Wright Flyer’s fabric. When you enter the building, go straight up to the first floor, and look to your left. It’s in that strangle little covered display.

Bit late, but did you have a nosey behind the old WWI era hangars as the buildings there are period too, they have an operations room open to the public - https://goo.gl/maps/anb9bzMobm1aagreA, they also have a V-1 launch ramp setup behind the American hangar - https://goo.gl/maps/mfZrbEd95U1xXM3C7 it's aimed at the Fleet Air Arm Museum at Yeovilton Cheers.

There’s also a prefab bungalow which is all decorated with period furniture and bits and bobs which is quite interesting to have a nosey through the windows.
One of the most interesting bits of Duxford I managed to see is a semi underground store built underneath the ramp that goes up to the bridge over to the other bit of Duxford on the other side of the main road. It’s jammed full of military vehicles, trucks and airfield equipment that’s awaiting restoration. Real treasure trove. Shame it’s not open to the public.

… that is the best bit for me the hangars of planes being worked on.
Agreed, I found the workshops absolutely fascinating, seeing engines, airframes etc undergoing resto work was the best bit of a very long day. I could have spent hours there, but for the annoying harrumphing
