Photoshop request

Hi there

I would be eternally grateful if somebody could photoshop my dog onto the bed in the attached pictures (one is of a show home). It's my wife's birthday and I'm trying to make a card but my photoshop skills are severely lacking! We have bought a new house, which unfortunately isn't ready till next year and we are currently having a debate as to whether our Vizsla (Freddie) will be allowed to sleep on the bed (or even upstairs). He previously had a big operation and during his recovery we weakened and let him slept with us....now he will not shift from the bed so I think we need a bigger bed!
