Too much stuff going on right now and I need somebody I can trust who really knows their 205GTis to help me out on a few things.
Any Sussex based recommendations?

Closest specialist in Pugs to you, specifically 205 GTI's in the south is Miles @ Pug Racing. Not Sussex based, but a drive over to Fordingbridge in Hampshire.
