Hi folks

I've recently purchased a Renault Clio RS200 and upon cleaning the car, I've noticed a patch of lacquer peel. Currently, it's the size of a 1p coin, but I'm concerned this is only going to get bigger.

I decided to call a smart repair business and they've quoted £215, as they need to re-lacquer the whole panel. Would this be correct? As it seems fairly extreme for such a small amount of peel. But I have never encountered this issue before, so it could well be correct.

I'd like to get this sorted before water ingress starts.

Thanks
NG

Okay cool, thanks.

Yeah they will be. The quote included the cost of a new sticker.

Thanks

This looksmuch more like a large chip/ paint damage that's been badly touched up
