Anyone fancy a new kind of v-max
rules
cars must be more than 5 years old
cars must not be worth more than 10 k...

should make for a bodgtastic day...

(and a profitable/busy one for the breakdown people )

Any one up for it ?

Doubt mine's worth more than 10k (even after all it's had spent on it) and it's not that slow

Personally I'd rather be a small fish in a big pond though...

The object of the exercise is to provide an opportunity for the "british way" ie you can do anything with some string, a fairy liquid bottle and some sticky back plastic.
It would be somewhat different to the gazillion pound V Max that is

v slow ..I do not think so ..my own car would give most of the last v-max a good run for their money.

If their is sufficient interest I will organise it ...

Ah but, as I've discovered this weekend... It's not just how fast you go but it's how much style you get there in.

Also, as was pointed out to me before the event, getting the big speeds is not as simple as it seems!

I'd just get your name down for VMAX instead - a 400hp saab would be pretty interesting. - VMAX already had a 160mph Seat Leon along at a previous meet.
