Please help! Baked tree sap on bonnet not coming off.
Discussion
My bonnet is covered is what appears to be red tree sap. It’s been so hot recently and it appears to be baked right into the paint.
I have tried normal washing, rubbing alcohol, bug and tar remover and nail polish remover but nothing seems to work.
I’m getting worried that it’s damaged the paint and will never come off!

Thanks for the suggestions.
I just took it to a garage and he said he was confident it’s actually sparrow droppings and not tree sap!
He tried a few things to remove it including clay bar but it didn’t budge. He said the only thing he can do is try to polish it out but unfortunately it’s so baked in that it might need a repaint.
It’s all over my bonnet, roof and wings… he said it would cost approximately 1k. I can’t believe my luck
