Help needed to remove bird poop stain

Morning ! Wife came home from meeting yesterday, with large lump of bird poop on bonnet which had dried on with very hot sunshine , I went out armed with hose and brushes. Came off quite easily but has left a mark in lacquer. What can I do to remove it ? Thank you in advance !

Try a light polish first, something like Autoglym Srp, if that doesn't help you may need to get it machine polished or try Autoglym reflow.

If polish didn't work, try using Megs Ultimate Compound.
