After having the dampers apart I reset the ride height to 145mm front, 155mm back, bounced all corners then rolled it back and forward a few times, more than a wheel rotation and everything looked good, took a few few test drives, adjusted all dampers from click 6 to 8 then back to 7 and it feels good, but I started noticing I was scrapping the exhaust over speed bumps etc a bit more than normal so I have just rechecked the ride height, they are all approx 140mm, any ideas on what has happened??, the shocks are Protechs.

Bouncing and rolling a few feet won't fully settle the suspension. Needs driving a mile or two.

When I changed virtually all my suspension components, I took a very scary drive to Matt Smith in Downham Market to get it set up - once he had applied his magic. I picked it up and it was a totally different car for the 100 miles or so I drove it home - it was planted and very very enjoyable to drive. Awesome.

Did it go back as it was after 100 miles?
