Hi

Looking for some advice, i own two properties outright. Both bring in regular income with no arrears but it would be great to secure one more and if possible another one as well.

All four would be in the same format, 2 bed terraced house and the goal is to get to ten properties in that format as it has worked so far.

Would it be possible to get funding for the third property based on the first two being owned outright? I have also got 20% deposit ready for the third one as well and wouldn't need to borrow too much but for the fourth one i would need to borrow the entire amount.

Thoughts?

Yes, you can lend against your unencumbered properties to raise the funds to buy two more properties......no issues.
