Water pump torque and order!

Does anyone know the torque settings for the water pump? also the order to tighten the bolts?

From LR Overhaul manual:
Specified torque for Timing cover / coolant pump to cylinder block bolts is: 16 lbf.ft (22Nm)
general where not otherwise specified:
5/15 UNC/F 18lbf.ft
1/4 UNC/F 7lbf.ft

There is no specified sequence for the water pump (but there is for the timing cover).
Usually work out from the centre in a spiral fashion, or back and forth on diametrically opposite bolts. I would to do them up in at least 2 stages with any fairly large bendy component like the water pump.

I agree. I will do them up in opposites. That seams to be the most common method of things this big.
