Replacement door seals?

Wanting to know if anyone has had much luck with replacement door seals you see kicking around auction sites etc.

I've been struggling to find a Skoda dealer that will flog me a new inner door seal for a mk1 Octavia.

I'm assuming the seals aren't being manufactured anymore but can't seem the find an OE equivalent to try and fit which I would have thought would be available?

Anyone had a similar experience, tips, tricks, anything, starting to get desperate!
