quick mortgage possibe?1

Ive seen a house at auction that Ive fallen in love with.

Now my problem is that the auction is on the 11th of August, deposit down on the night and 28 days to settle.

Can I arrange a mortgage in that time?

If not, is it possible to get a £100k loan and then sort the mortgage after to pay !off the loan?

Ive no previous experience of auctions but am determined to find a way of financing this.

You can get bridging finance but I was quoted interest at 1.5%, plus 2% fee some months ago.

Plenty of Net based mortgage brokers out there, but you need to phone them.

One is fixing me up with 4 weeks to process.

He mentioned another that completes in 2 weeks.
