iPad - odd screen

Hi men,

Hoping if any one can answer this for me. At times I have to log back into FT on my iPad, after putting my pass word in, it usually says it need some answers to unlock it, which is fine, but today this screen appeared.



Didnt accept my land line number or mobile, as I said I have never had this screen before. Do you think the number it requires is in an American format?

iPad was purchased in the U.K., in case your thinking I got it in the states

Eventually rebooted and it didn't come back, but just odd, any ideas?

Did you buy it new, and are you certain your AppleID is secure? The fact you have to log in a lot rings alarm bells, it suggests someone is logging out all devices on that AppleID.

Bought it new in UK, it's on FT that seems to ask me to log in now and again, nothing else logs out, a pal of mine tells me the format is an American phone number, so I am thinking some embedded software which has just materialised for some reason or another.
