A good mortgage calculator?

Does anyone have (or know where to download) a mortgage calculator, specifically one which allows you to enter values for two sub-accounts on different interest rates, and also calculating BIK tax?

We are soon to take out a mortgage for a new purchase and will be porting over our existing mortgage, which is on a staff preferential rate (hence subject to BIK) and taking out additional borrowing, probably also on staff rate (albeit not as favourable terms as our existing one). I want to play around with interest rates, term, fees etc, to help us choose our final mortgage.

The best thing to do is open excel on your computer and one of the default spreadsheet templates is the "Loan Amortisation" spreadsheet which can be messed about with to you hearts content.

BBC mortgage calculator is really handy/simple, but it wont help you with the BIK etc.
