Soggy break pedal

Mk7.5 Fiesta has soggy break pedal, they work OK, just feel a bit less than inspiring. Bled them and the pedal feels solid with engine off but goes soggy when servo has some vacuum. Is that a normal feature on the Fiesta or do I have a fault ?

Hole in the brake line thats only apparant under pressure. Get it on a ramp and look for wet patches around the brake system.

A valid thought but the fluid level in the master cylinder remains constant.
