Can somebody help me choose a 43" 4K Gaming TV?
Discussion
I am not much of a TV buff but would appreciate some advice on choosing a 43" gaming TV, primarily for my PS5.
I am currently using an 8 year old Sony 42" W6 which I love (and will be moving into the living room) but I feel like I should upgrade to 4K for the new console.
From some research online it seems like in the 8 or so years since I last bought a TV, a 43" is now considered small and these are not getting the nice OLED technology from the bigger models. Unfortunately due to space constraints I cant fit any bigger than a 43" in the room (unfortunately a 48" LG OLED is about an inch too wide), so am effectively looking for something LED or maybe QLED.
Its for a dedicated gaming room, so gaming performance is my biggest concern. The room is always quite dark so ultimate brightness should not really be an issue either.
Something like this Samsung AU9000 seem to get pretty good reviews but there are so many TV's on the market its difficult to know what's best.

Is there anything I am missing? 4 x HDMI ports would be ideal but again I think I will struggle as 43" TV's seem to be considered 'budget' nowadays

I have a 3 month old 43” Samsung TU8000 for the exact same purpose - would recommend. Only 3 HDMI ports but it seems even £2k sets come with just 3 nowadays. You won’t get O/QLED at that size; 55 tends to be the minimum for that.
The cheaper £350 version is apparently good too, but only has 2 HDMI ports.

Samsung have done a 43” Q model for a while… The cheaper £350 version is apparently good too, but only has 2 HDMI ports.
