Low Mileage BMW 325D (E92 Shape)

Hi all,
New here so apologies if this is in the wrong part of the Forum!
I've come across a 3 litre BMW 325D (E92 Shape), 61 plate - beautiful car. However, the mileage is very low for this age car (just over 39k) which makes me a bit uncertain about it.
The car also has 4 previous owners but the last one kept the car for 4 years which makes me think it must be quite solid. But could anyone who knows more than me about these cars give some advice please?
Also, does anyone know of any issues that typically happen with these cars?

You can put the reg in to the online MOT site, this should give you an idea on how many miles it has done each year.
