Help with what car business lease

Going to change jobs and looking for a Car. Needs to be lease. Can’t be BMW Audi Jag Merc etc due to image

30k miles pa fully maintained. 3 year business lease

Petrol hybrid so low CO2 for BIK. Other low CO2 considered if it ticks the other boxes

SUV proffered or estate.

£600 per month budget

Currently Drive AWD Jaguar F Pace Petrol Sport but very different company approach

Cant opt out or add to the value

Any suggestions as it’s difficult to get a straight edge on packages.
