All cars have gone up the past 18 months but there could be a lot of Vantages coming back into the dealer network in December when the 2 year PCPs end.
From memory around late 2019 the cheapest were under £85k retail where as the same cars are over £90k now so I would expect prices to fall coming into winter but nobody can really tell.

If the asking prices are holding at the higher levels and the cars are turning over, it would indicate that the market is not cooling but that the higher prices have just brought out more sellers.
Just after I got my DB11 in March it was quite apparent that there was a shortage of s/h stock and prices were up by around 10k on a 2017 model between mid march and the end of April. Stock has increased in these too in the last 4 months but prices still seem to be holding at the higher levels.

Opinions vary of course, but after owning 5 Astons I can safely say that the new Vantage is a vast improvement over its predecessor, have you driven one yet? DB9VolanteDriver said:

There are many cars that are better, objectively, than an Aston. So what? I’ve bought 6 Astons, the last being a Vanquish II. They make nothing I would buy, with the exception of the DBS, unfortunately. Engine and exterior make up somewhat for the interior. DBX? Interior and exterior cannot make up for the AMG engine.

So there was I, with my V8VS sat on my drive, with its misted up rear lights and a completely failed big-end bearing, when a new Vantage drove by. Oh, how I laughed knowing that the poor fool may have got himself a better car than me, but little did he know I'd got the better Aston. I mean, mine looked so damn pretty.
