Small Business Booking Systems - Emails, Texts etc

My wife owns a small wedding business.
Wants to get a bit more professional with a booking system that sends emails, texts reminders etc to brides / grooms etc
I'm thinking this is probably a similar system or offering used in salons, hairdressers etc

Anyone got any recommended providers / apps we should go with?
