You never know. The Judge told HMRC that they couldn’t appeal the decision.

Was this about looking back at past years?

Nothing changes going forwards, does it (unless maybe you can keep your head down and hope they don't notice)?

One of my daughters earns enough to be affected by the reduction and she's well aware of it.

No idea if she's done anything about it though - she's pretty hopeless at any admin outside of her job so I'd be surprised if she's doing SA unless HMRC have written and told her too.
