Any predictions of what a standard spec M3 (with 19" alloys) will be worth at say 1, 2 and 3 years old assuming an average of about 10k miles per year?

Have a look at the approved used cars on www.bmw.co.uk
and take about £2,500 off the retail figures

and the rest! Trade in figure would be more like £4-£5K less than retail on a 30K car, IMO.

but private sale will be £2-3k lower that "retail"

yeah, I Know. Just got a bit of a downer on BMW trade in values at the moment! You pay for that free coffee don't you!
