In my experience, they're very responsive to message sent via their FB page — you actually get to talk to a human: www.facebook.com/tesco

Tried that last week - it's an automated bot now, sadly. Got nowhere.So, are we agreed on jason.tarry@uk.tesco.com?

What is your complaint about?
Food quality. Not looking for a refund, just want Tesco's Head of Food to know he needs to do better. We are still getting deliveries of stock that is older than previous days. Even getting some stuff in on the date it has to be thrown out.

All I want to do is tell them about one of their convenience products. Can't believe it's this hard.

Could be there's a reason for that.Jason Tarry isn't in the CEO list so fukkit, Ken Murphy it is.

It's quite ridiculous though that a massive retail operation like Tesco hides from its public using autobots and FAQs. It's saying 'We're not interested in you'.
Do you just get an auto-answer through the contact forms - it says they'll get ack to you in two days: What about WhatsApp? https://www.tesco.com/help/contact/Just to add a little context though, to be fair Tesco has millions of customers, they also run at a margin of about 2-3% The general public are always wanting low prices, which they have got, but with low prices comes low levels of customer service thats an economic reality. If you think about the tens of thousands of lines of product they supply, with millions of transactions each week, its very likely that on occasion you get a bad product or quality issue, it isn't 100%
Anyway the issue you have OP, have you seen repeated issues with this product or just one? It is likely to be an isolated incident but best thing you can do is hashtag them in on social media, there are buyers for each category and it will more than likely get passed to the manager for the category. Don't expect a personalised response though.

Yes he is it says it on the link I gave you, it's not hard but you're making a meal of it, if you pardon the pun. Jason Tarry isn't in the CEO list so fukkit, Ken Murphy it is.

Indeed, but the issue was then confused by somebody mentioning a Jason Tarry.Yes, it is a waste of a CEO's time, far too high, but Tesco in their infinite wisdom don't leave Harry Punter any other options.
@vulture1 I'll drop you a line later.
Thanks all
