Repair/replace leather on dashboard - V8 Vantage

Good afternoon all
My Vantage Roadster is suffering - the leather on the top part of the dash - both driver and passenger side, has come unglued and shrunk so that the foam padding underneath is now visible.
I understand that this is a fairly common problem but reassuring to know that a Roadster cannot cope with being in the sun.....
Anyway, I need to get the leather repaired or replaced as it is only going to get worse. I could book it in with the main dealer who I bought the car from and which does the servicing, but suspect this will not be a particularly cost effective option. Alternatively, I could look for an independent leather repair company.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to which is preferable and any recommendations - I am near Bromley/Beckenham in Kent. Also, if anyone can give an indication of what I can expect to be quoted for the work, that would be really helpful so I can ensure that I am paying a fair price. I have noticed that prices tend to increase when people hear what car it is....!

Is it just the upper trim pieces that need it? Sometimes the leather can be stretched under a heat gun and reglued but depends on the extent of the shrinkage.
I recently had the upper trim panel on the drivers side re-trimmed by Cass Bros in Bromley as mine had shrunk too much. I paid £50 for the panel to be retrimmed and i removed/refitted myself. Gary also did the bolsters on the drivers seat which seem to wear out after barely any use on these cars. The bolsters look great and are a perfect match after being connolised however the dash doesnt quite match colour wise so going to try and recolour using leather dye from colourlock.
If after that it still doesnt quite match i might have both upper pieces recovered with black alcantara to match my steering wheel which ive seen someone do on a thread on 6speed.
