Chimaera Anti roll bar removal

Can anybody guide me on how to pull the anti roll bar through the wheel arch? I have been playing table football with the bloody thing all day. I can't see any way it can be drawn out. I have removed the radiator lower hose (to get at the D bush Bolt). I read on an old PH post that it will come through the arch, but it's beaten me. I really need to get it out for a good old paint. Any advice gratefully accepted.

Get the car up really high, spin the arb so the arms are pointing down and rotate it out.

It isn't a big job to remove a wheel and one track rod end. This is what I did on my last Chimaera to get the front ARB out to be powder coated.

Having the radiator already removed assisted in access to the ARB mounting bracket bolts but I can understand if you're reluctant to do this. I changed the mounting bushes for powerflex ones while I was there.
