Any cheap S2 Exiges??

Just sold my Audi now looking for a S2 Exige. Anyone know for any good price examples - no part ex so will probably get the best deal privately.Would prefer black (aircon a must).Appreciate any help.Cheers!

in the back of Autocar there was a few dealer ads with some at around £26K IIRC

I have been regularly checking Lotus Cars website for used examples but it seems the cheaper cars are orange or yellow - I will be using every day so would prefer Black or even Red.Any info on the dealers selling Exiges for around £26000 in Autocar- bought it last week ( Europa cover story ) but nothing really in there.Also I always check classifieds of PH but nothing really suitable at the moment.

i agree most S2 exiges are around 26-27K at the moment with under 10k on the clock. seem to hold their value pretty well ...... im sure it will change when a new version appears (apart from the 50 x 240R's)

Wilsons in Chadwell Heath (nr Romford) have 2 in for £27K IIRC...I got my car from there - you may be able to get some discount/freebies depending on the individual deal

Get a red one not black!! I think you need a different colour to show off the black bits that are on all the cars. Check out the pic in my profile!
800 miles are up so starting to rev it a bit more now. Bloke at dealership said to go for it after 600, but I can't bring myself to do it fully yet!

Jez O your car looks fantastic I would definately buy a Red Exige - I think Black looks good if just cleaned but know it will look dirty within 5 miles of driving!Any way I'm on the lookout for a Red or Black car.Watch this space.

Maybe a bit of a leftfield suggestion, but (as I just posted on another thread) I really think white + black looks awesome on the S2. Very individual especially if you can do a special order and get it in a white pearl.

Most of the dealers advertise through there and its where I found my Exige (Wilsons).

Also worth having a quick scan of Top Marques next time your in WH Smiths.
